1.This bicycle arrives with 85% assembled. You need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, seat and air up the tires.
2.Bike Installation instruction included in the package, please read it more carefully before installing the bike and tuning the brake and speed system.
3.All tools are included in the package, no extra tools.
4.We do not supply any free assemble for the bike, and, we didn’t cooperate with any local bike shop who can supply free assemble.

2. Bicycles are available with following free replacement parts within one year from the date of purchase. Free replacement parts include front forks, seat post, sprocket cranks, handlebars, handlebar stem, chains, front and rear brakes, brake levers.

If you cannot tuning it, please contact us directly for assistance.
- Bicycle tire may be flat due to the long time storage and transportation. Please air up the tire before you ride your bike.
- Bicycle are the overweight products, if the packages was serious damaged when the carrier delivery it to you, you can refuse sign the package. Or, if there are any scratches or damages caused during the shipping, please contact us directly for assistance. We will do our best to solve the problem for you at soonest
