How to take care of electric bike battery?
➡Charging – always use the charger and adapter supplied with your battery, always disconnect the charger after charging.
If you won’t use your bike for long time, make sure to partially charge the battery every three months.
➡Storage – Keep your battery in a cool and dry place (preferably between 0 and 30°).Don’t leave the battery near a heat source. In winter at below-zero temperatures, it will reduces battery performance, the battery need charged and stored at room temperature. In addition, it is advisable to wait until just before you set out before attaching to your eBike.
➡Cleaning – Never use a steam pressure washer when cleaning the battery (or your e-bike).Never completely immerse the battery in water. Wiping it off with a damp cloth.
