3.We do not supply any free assemble for the bike, and, we didn’t cooperate with any local bike shop who can supply free assemble.

4.In order to avoid the loss of the package, all package needs the signature when it delivered. If you do not need a signature, please contact us to arrange the shipment without signature before the package shipped.

Quality guarantee:

1. Bicycle are the overweight products, if there are any defective/damages caused during the shipping, please contact us directly for assistance.
2. Bicycles are available with following free replacement parts within one year from the date of purchase. Free replacement parts include front forks, seat post, sprocket cranks, handlebars, handlebar stem, chains, front and rear brakes, brake levers.
3. Except for the above warranty parts, the remaining consumables are not covered by the warranty. For example, inner tubes, tires, brake rubber, brake lines and other decorations are not covered by the warranty for general parts.
4. During the warranty period, failure or damage caused by the following conditions is not covered by the warranty.
1) Damage caused by human factors.
2) Unexpected events (collisions, nails, glass, chip fragments, sharp stones, etc.) cause the tire to leak or puncture.
3) After modification of the original bicycle specifications, colors and replacement of parts not originally designated by our company.
