Equipped for ‘cross races and trail rides, the Sidi Men’s Cape Shoe delivers a stiff, responsive feel, with a well-bolstered fit, courtesy of the shoe’s ratcheting buckle closure and precise wire dial. Its synthetic upper features perforations to promote airflow on hot summer rides. Sidi designed the Cape to secure your foot without any slop or uncomfortable pressure points. Its Soft Instep 2 closure and Caliper Buckle work in unison, bolstering the upper part of your foot without pinching, thanks to its anatomically curved strap, with soft, thermo-formed EVA underneath. The Techno 3 system is an ingenious wire buckle that adjusts smoothly over your forefoot without loosening up throughout your ride. Both systems are easily adjusted when you’re riding on the trail. The MTB Competition sole is stiff enough for ample power transfer, without inhibiting walkability over hike-a-bike sections, especially considering its aggressive traction lugs. The sole provides the option of mounting two toe spikes as well.
